Brian Foster co-founded Raven Studios with his friend Jeff Morris in 2008 and leads it today. He started as a software engineer at Raytheon in 1999, led engineering teams in senior living software, led product at a Y Combinator startup, and has spent the last five years hands-on with AI.

What does the $500 AI and Automation Audit include?
A 30 to 60 minute working session where you show us how customers, quotes, scheduling, and billing move through your business. Within 3 to 5 days you get a one-page PDF showing each leak, what it is probably costing you, and the first fix worth making, plus a 30-minute walkthrough. You keep the report either way, and if you hire us to build the fix, the $500 comes off the install price.
Do I need to be using AI tools already?
No. Most of the businesses we audit have a few tools and nobody with time to connect them. The audit starts from how you work today, not from which software you bought.
What does an install cost?
Installs are fixed price, quoted in the audit report before any work starts. After handoff, a monthly care plan keeps the automation running and fixes it when one of your tools changes.
Do you only work with Dallas businesses?
We are based in Dallas-Fort Worth and meet DFW clients in person. Audits, installs, and fractional CTO work run remotely for clients anywhere in the US.
What tools do you work with?
Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Python and custom code, Claude, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Notion, Airtable, and most CRMs. If it has an API, we can usually connect it. For custom builds we use Cloudflare, Supabase, Azure, React, and .NET.
