AI consulting

AI consulting that starts with a $500 audit.

Think of it as a home inspection for how your business runs. In one 30 to 60 minute working session, we find where time and money slip through the cracks. Within 3 to 5 days you get a one-page report showing what each leak costs you and the first fix worth making. $500.

Before: a manual lead process with a 6 hour average reply. After: the same path automated, with a reply in under a minute.

Does this sound like you?

  • New leads sometimes wait hours, or days, for a reply.
  • You or your staff type the same information into two places.
  • Follow-up happens when someone remembers to do it.
  • You pay for software that nobody really uses.
  • You know AI could help, but not where to start.

If you nodded at two or more, an audit is worth your time. Our clients are realtors, agencies, consultants, and service businesses that have the tools but nobody to wire them together.

What an AI and Automation Audit actually is.

Before you spend a dime on software or AI, someone should look at how your business really runs. That is the audit. No jargon, no 40-page deck.

  • What we do

You show us what happens when a customer calls, emails, or fills out your website form. Who sees it, who answers, what gets typed twice, and what depends on someone remembering.

  • What you get

A one-page PDF in plain English within 3 to 5 days. Each problem we found, what it is probably costing you, and the one fix we would make first. Then a 30-minute walkthrough so it all makes sense.

  • What it asks of you

One to one and a half hours. One 30 to 60 minute working session, and the 30-minute walkthrough. We do the rest.

  • What happens next

Nothing, unless you want it to. Keep the report and fix things yourself, hand it to someone else, or have us build the fix for a set price.

What the audit covers

We follow the work, not the software. Five places it usually leaks.

  • Leads

What happens in the first hour after someone fills out a form or calls. Who sees it, and how fast.

  • Quotes

How quotes go out and what happens when the customer goes quiet.

  • Scheduling

Where appointments get booked, moved, and forgotten.

  • Billing

How a finished job becomes an invoice, and how many times someone retypes it.

  • Handoffs

Every place work moves from one person or tool to another. That is where it usually drops.

  • A one-page AI and Automation Audit findings report with three findings, estimated weekly hours lost for each, two findings circled, and a recommended first fix.

You get a one-page findings report and the one install worth doing first. You keep it whether or not you hire us.

From first call to running system.

  1. Step 1

    Call

Tell us what happens when a lead comes in.

  2. Step 2

    Audit

    $500. A one-page report and a 30-minute walkthrough.

  3. Step 3

    Install

Fixed price, agreed before we start.

  4. Step 4

    Care plan

Monthly. We keep it running when your tools change.

Installs are fixed price and quoted in the audit report. Nothing gets built until you say yes to the number. If you hire us to build the fix, your $500 audit comes off the install price.

Example installs

The usual first fixes. Yours will depend on what the audit finds.

  • Lead instant-reply and routing

A new lead gets a reply in seconds and lands on the right person’s phone, not in a shared inbox.

  • Quote follow-up sequences

Follow-ups go out on schedule and stop the moment the customer answers.

  • Invoice sync to QuickBooks

Jobs become invoices without anyone retyping them from one system into another.

  • Intake forms to CRM

What a customer types into your form shows up, clean, in your CRM. No copy and paste.

Questions about the audit

How much does an AI and Automation Audit cost?

The audit is $500. That covers a 30 to 60 minute working session with you, our review afterward, a one-page PDF report within 3 to 5 days, and a 30-minute walkthrough of what we found. You keep the report whether or not you hire us, and if you do hire us to build the fix, the $500 comes off the install price.

What exactly do I get?

A one-page PDF in plain English. It lists each problem we found, what it is probably costing you in time or money, and the one fix we would make first. Then we walk you through it on a 30-minute call so nothing is left unclear.

How much of my time does it take?

One to one and a half hours, total. A 30 to 60 minute working session where you show us how work moves through your business, then a 30-minute walkthrough when the report is ready. We do the rest.

How long does an install take?

It depends on scope. Every install is quoted with a timeline in the audit report, so you know the price and the schedule before any work starts.

What is a care plan?

A monthly plan that keeps your automation working. Your tools change, APIs change, and connections break without warning. On a care plan we watch for that and fix it, so the automation does not quietly stop.

Is my data safe?

We work inside accounts you own and ask for the minimum access each automation needs. We do not move your data into tools you have not approved, and anything we build can be switched off by you at any time.

Do I need to be using AI tools already?

No. Most businesses we audit have a handful of tools and nobody with time to connect them. The audit starts from how work moves through your business today, not from which software you bought.

What if the audit finds nothing worth fixing?

Then the report says so, and you have spent $500 to learn your setup is fine. It is rare, but we would rather tell you that than sell you an install you do not need.
