Case study

Hartman Development: leasing that runs itself

Raven Studios built Make.com automation for Hartman Development, a Dallas property developer, that carries a lease from application to move-in. Every system along the way is connected, so nobody retypes the same information at each step.

A Make.com leasing automation: application received, shared record, decision routing, then lease, invoice, and building access, with the last run successful

The client

Hartman Development is a Dallas property developer that leases apartments. Leasing touches a lot of systems, and each handoff between them used to be a person moving data by hand.

The problem

A single lease passes through application intake, a decision, lease paperwork and signature, invoicing, and building access. Each step lived in a different tool. Every gap between tools was a place for a typo, a delay, or a step that nobody remembered.

What we did

We run the automation on Make.com, connecting every stage of the lease across multiple integration points:

  • Applications come in and are routed for a decision automatically.
  • One shared record follows each application and lease from start to finish.
  • Lease paperwork goes out for signature without anyone preparing it by hand.
  • Invoicing happens without retyping.
  • Building access is ready for move-in day.

Raven owns the production leasing pipeline: application submitted, decision routing, lease form receive, and invoicing. We also review and own the wider automation suite around it, and run a request board so changes get prioritized and tested rather than made on the fly.

Results

The leasing pipeline runs in production, from application to move-in, with no manual data entry between systems. We are not publishing hours-saved figures, because we have not measured them and will not invent one.

Stack

Make.com, connected to the client's leasing, accounting, and access systems through multiple integration points.
