It is a close look at how work moves through your business, done before anyone sells you a tool. Most small businesses do not have an AI problem. They have a "someone has to remember to do that" problem, and AI is one of several ways to fix it. The audit finds the problem first and picks the tool second.
What does an AI and Automation Audit cover?
We follow the work, not the org chart. That means tracing a few paths end to end:
- How a lead arrives, who sees it, and how long it waits.
- How a quote goes out and what happens if the customer goes quiet.
- How jobs get scheduled and how everyone finds out.
- How billing happens, including anything retyped from one system into another.
Each path usually has a spot where it depends on a person remembering. Those spots are what we write down.
What do I get at the end?
A one-page report in plain English. It lists where work leaks, what each leak is costing you in time or missed follow-up, and the one install worth doing first. One page is on purpose. A forty-page deck is how you end up with a plan nobody follows.
How much does an AI and Automation Audit cost?
The audit is $500. The first call, about 30 minutes, is free and is how we both decide whether an audit makes sense. The audit itself takes one to one and a half hours of your time: a 30 to 60 minute working session, then a 30-minute walkthrough when the one-page PDF report arrives, within 3 to 5 days.
If you want the fix installed, that is a separate fixed price, quoted in the report before you commit to anything. You will know the number before you say yes.
What happens after the audit?
You have three honest choices. Hand the report to your own people or another vendor and run with it. Have us install the first fix at the quoted price. Or do nothing, having paid $500 to learn where the leaks are. The report is yours either way.
If we install, we build it, test it with your real data, and hand it over. Your tools will change over time, so there is an optional monthly care plan to keep the automation working when they do.
Who is an audit not for?
If your business has no repeatable process yet, there is nothing to trace. Same if you already know exactly what you want built. In that case you want custom software, not an audit, and we will tell you so on the call.
